last saturday was my debut as a stall owner at a flea market. i had always wanted to try it out. all thanks to audrey and chiatyin for helping out that day, all those who made an effort to drop by to say hi, and ape, for holding this crazy event.
though the crowd isn’t as much as expected, but i can say its quite reasonably marketed. after all, its our first monkey business, hoping for many more to come. the day started with my best primary school old buddy, huiying, popping by, being my very first customer. i was so surprised to see her. then came chengliang, yongliang, deniece, stacy, xiuhui, justin, junxiang, my cousins (like 5 of them), my uncle and aunties, my GRANDMA, my parents and brother. LOL what a huge crowd of supporters right. haha. the apeans were all amazed by my forever supportive family crowd. and i’m really proud of that! thanks!
didn’t profit at the end of the day, but at least i managed to earn back those bucks that i’ve invested. the first time hands on as an entrepreneur is quite an interesting experience. plus all the butter trading and nonsensical teases around, the day was made a memorable one.
